Great TV show to help you color plan your hooked rugs

While huddled under a quilt on the couch I found a great color TV show, Colour Confidential., on HGTV. A show with this same concept (and the same host) was on years before under a different name but I can’t remember what it was called.

I like it for color planning because the host, Jane Lockhart, uses a color wheel and starts the room color plan the same way I help a student color plan a rug.  Start with your favorite color.  Each choice narrows your options for the next choice.  I like she explains how each color will impact the room.  As you watch it, think about how your color choices affect your rug.
