When I get a number of responses, I will work on converting the book into that format. Every major vendor has different requirements. I started with Amazon because the Kindle format is accessible by most people (you can read it on any computer).

There is a chart on page 57 of the book that will help you to put a name to each of the colors so you can find the recipe in the book. I am missing 4 images from the grid below.
