Chair Pads

The chair pad on the right is my first piece. It was a pre-cut kit on burlap. I hooked it in less than two days. That includes hooking the background three times. I did not have a teacher or fellow hooker to tell me that I was packing, but I found out when it was complete and it would not lay flat. The other two are original designs. One is hooked on linen, the other on Monk's cloth. I would probably change the bright white in the flower pad if I were hooking it today. A softer color that did not draw so much attention would have been better. |
