I changed the look of the website. If you see anything odd, PLEASE let me know. It is more streamlined behind the scenes, but you should be able to find everything in the same spot as before. The site should look like the picture below:
I want to know if you cannot find something, or if a picture is overlapping text, etc. Let me know what you think. If you haven’t left a comment before, here’s a chance to try it out.
Notice a grey ghost next to your name? If you want a custom picture, just sign up at gravatar.com. Other websites use this service also, so all you have to do is set it up once. It uses your email. If you set one up before, you can add more than one email address.
Some features have been moved to the footer.
Be sure to tell me if you are using a Mac or Windows and what browser. The version would be helpful. You can find this under the About item on the menu.

At the extreme top is a lot of what appears to be code. There are four lines against the older background and all start out with the word WARNING. Once you pass those and get to the site, it appears normal. It might just be my computer but I thought I better tell you as it appeared the last time you sent a mailing out.

Any one else seeing this? I cannot reproduce it. Can you tell me what type of computer, what browser and what version of browser you are using?

I only see one thing that you might want to twitch – on the top right where it says, “Where rug hooking meets imagination”, imagination is half hidden in the black trim where the flowers are. The phrase just needs to be moved up a tad.

Let me know what you are using, Windows or Mac and what browser. I will look at it with a Windows machine. Could be Internet Explorer. Looks fine on my mac with Firefox.

Today, I had to click the very first “Calculate” on the email to get to the site but otherwise, no more funny writing above your logo.

The post titled “Calculate” should not have gone out. That is the dangers of trying to do testing behind the scenes on a live site. It will be a new feature that will allow you to enter the length and width of your rug and it will tell you how much whipping yarn you will need. This had turned out to be more difficult than I thought to get implemented. I had to hire a programmer.
